Railing Kill Games is a new venture for an old IT pro. Having recently retired from the corporate world, I saw this as a great time to get back to what I've loved doing since high school... GAMES!
Starting back in the early 80's with a CoCo and TRS-80, I started playing around with game development. My High School programming class project was a TRS-80 game called Survival. It featured ASCII graphics, random events, and primitive screen scrolling.
Unfortunately, I was never able to work 'officially' in that capacity over my career. I did however create some awesome games (OK, two to be exact) in my spare time. The first was a Windows version of Taipan! (in early 2000's) and a Sudoku game with a page generator for printing.
So, now the time is here and available and I'm very excited to take the lessons learned from my previous efforts and start re-coding Taipan!. There are also two other games I have on the back burner: Double Clutch and Railing Kill: The Game. More on those later...
For now, feel free to follow my (mis)adventures as I work my way through the coding and development cycles for Taipan!.
Thank you for reading and have a great day!
